About the Red Lounge Chair
The red lounge chair is a perfect optimised and low-poly (however still quality) game asset for a 1960s aesthetic but many others also.
The Mesh
The mesh is contained in the FBX format for easy transfer between software and wide, almost universal, compatibility with game engines. The main mesh (LOD0) has 3,048 triangles, whilst LOD1 and LOD2 have 1,580 tris and 918 tris respectively. The lounge chair also contains a proxy/collision box allowing creators to experiment with physics if they so wish.
The Textures
The textures are well optimised and varied to support a multitude of game engines. The textures come in 3 sets:
PBR Specular-Glossiness
which includes the maps:
- Diffuse
- Specular
- Glossiness
- Normal
- Height
Cryengine-ready Specular-Glossiness
which includes the maps:
- diff
- spec
- ddna
PBR Metallic-Roughness
which includes the maps:
- base colour
- metallic
- roughness
- normal
- height
All of the textures are in 1K resolution. However the model has been textured via baking through a higher-poly version of the model to achieve a higher quality effect.
