Animal Trap 3D Model
A realistic looking low poly game ready animal snap trap 3D model for download. Used for hunting for animals, bears, etc. The model in FBX and .blend format so you can import it to the game engine. Added some red stains and marks for some more dramatic results. It’s game asset after all. Made it couple of years ago for game in Cryengine. Retextured the asset recently.

The snap trap game asset was made accordingly to the real life bear trap (animal trap) my grandfather had in his shed 😉 BTW there was no bears where we live so I doubt he used it for bears. About the looks though. The original object was made out of steel. For the game asset look I decided to make it bear old steel looking rough and bare more like cast iron. The trap is made of steel with some signs of usage, scratches, discoloration and minor rust areas are visible on the model.
The model suitable for games mostly however it will be sufficient for other 3D projects. Modelled in Blender, preview shots rendered in EEVEE.
